In order to improve the output capacity of the unit, the leaders of the company purchased and booked a batch of new equipment through industry research, market and exhibition visits.
At the end of October, the first ZBP/RBP-105S among the new equipment purchased by the company arrived in Handan, Yungchang manufacture base. The equipment, weighing 20 tons, has been fully assembled on October 16. After intense debugging, it has passed the test and been put into production. According to the person in charge of production, the maximum cutting diameter of the newly purchased cold heading machine is 15mm, the maximum cutting length is 135mm, and the production speed can reach 130 pieces/min. Both in production quantity and processing technology have a significant improvement.
The newly purchased mechanism includes the adjustable knock outmechanism for male die (each station of knock-out mechanism for male die is installed separately,it can be adjusted individually;the speed of knock-out time,travel and reset pressure for each station of knock-out mechanism for male die can be adjusted according to the requirement of cold upsetting;The safety pin can be exchanged individually and quickly for each station.)High accurate multi-function compound gripping mechanism,high accuracy main sliding block design,the operating and detecting system for intelligent touch screen, and etc., which can quickly complete the special fastener requirements from customers, with more stable quality and greatly improved overall efficiency.
Other equipments the supplier purchased by Yungchang are also in intensive production and are expected to complete production at the beginning of next year.
